Description
The OptiMel 1202 machine has been cost-effective designed for a better flexibility in series production. The system is available as single or double station. The maximum processing temperature of 250°C allows the processing of all Macromelt® products.
The Optimel OM 1201 includes:
- Single station/Double station with toggle lever clamping system
- Automatic process control incl.:
- pressure profile control
- ejectors control
- Available extras:
- Tool temperature control
- Pressure monitoring
- Automatic tank filling
Both stations can simultaneously be provided with tools corresponding to different moulding shapes.
The moulding tools are locked by a toggle lever clamping system. The cycle runs automatically when the tool is locked to the injection position.
