The OptiMel 2002 machine has been developed for the manufacturing of highly precise overmouldings.
The Optimel OM 2002 with sliding table includes:
- Sliding table single station incl. two tool lower parts and pneumatic operating tool clamping system
- Automatic process control incl.
- pressure profile control
- ejectors control
- Available extras
- Tool temperature control
- Pressure monitoring
- Automatic tank filling
The OptiMel 2002 integrates a permanent and performing automatic process control . The OptiMel 2002 is a one operator workstation. It is nevertheless easily possible to integrate the OptiMel 2002 to fully automatic production lines.
Besides the standard version the OptiMel 2002 is also available as a runner-free version.
The special nozzle design available on the runner-free moulding machines eleminates the runner. Costly material scraps can be therefore avoided and moulding costs will be optimised. The runner-free moulding machines make injections from both back side and top possible. To getting the best runner-free equipment OptiMel develops machine specific designed tools according special requirements
The OptiMel 2002 machine combines a high level in safety of process control to an operator-friendly workstation. The production cycle time is optimised thanks to the sliding table. Partially integrated extras can complete the OptiMel 2002 (upon request).
