Macromelt offers very good adhesion to various substrates such as: PVC, P.A. 6, PUR, PP and can be custom colored.

Macromelt© moulding materials processing occur under clean conditions without solvent nor any toxic component release. Should a tight adhesion to wire insulation material or to housing material be required or should low injection pressure be necessary, then Macromelt© moulding products are particulary recommended. The Macromelt© moulding products low viscosity makes the cavities to be properly fully filled out. Overmoulding of very sensitive inserts may be operated thanks to the Macromelt© moulding products low injection pressure.
