Torque Measurement

With an increase of demand for higher assembling quality in recent years, the torque control of electric screwdrivers and other torque-dependent screwing devices is now necessary for maintenance and control of the assembling quality.

Controlling torque is absolutely necessary for any assembly operations: fasteners that are insufficiently torqued can vibrate loose while excessive torque can damage the part. Torque testers are the proper instruments to verify, monitor and collect data of the torque delivered by power tools.

We make the difference between the static measurement to adjust, control and check electric or pneumatic screwdrivers and dynamic measurement to control the torque directly applied to a rotating shaft.
